Your Opportunity + Impact
The Survey Drafter performs the drafting of projects to ensure that projects are completed within technical, project, budgetary, and timeline constraints. Reviews projects for compliance with company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Works under minimum supervision to prepare finished drawings from very complex sketches, notes, layouts, detail and verbal instruction.
• Utilizes company styles effectively to maintain a high level of productivity.
• Accuracy, quality, completeness and schedule adherence can be independently maintained at this level of experience.
• May suggest and/or develop additions or propose changes to the existing library.
• Makes sure drafting assignments are of quality and within budget hours and on schedule.
• Performs research of recorded documents of survey deeds.

Education and Experience

• Education: Associates degree or Certificate in a related discipline preferred.
• Experience: 0-3 years
