Express Tire & Lube Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:
Express Tire & Lube Maintenance Technician at Jim Norton Toyota - Tulsa is a full-time, hourly position that involves performing routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles. This role is responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are properly maintained and meet safety standards. The ideal candidate for this job is a skilled technician with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Troubleshoot and diagnose vehicle issues
- Perform repairs on vehicles, such as replacing brakes, belts, and other necessary parts
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines for handling and disposing of hazardous materials
- Communicate with customers about their vehicle's maintenance needs and provide recommendations for necessary services
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and high-quality service to customers
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on new technology and techniques

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in operating diagnostic tools and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
