Job Description

Duct Installer (Commercial work only, no residential)

Reading and comprehending drawings, plans & equipment submittals
Layout of duct work for install and coordination with other trades
Installation of sheet metal, fibrous board and flex duct, dampers, and air devices
Measuring & drawing up sheet metal duct fittings to be ordered
Insulation of ductwork with exterior fiberglass wrap
Low voltage control wiring for thermostats, dampers, heaters, and other control devices
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Well organized and ability to work independently
Maintaining high quality work and timely job performance
Have a clean and safe working area
Must be able to hear, and speak clearly with professional standard grammar
Must use hands, fingers, arms and legs fully; kneel, crouch, stoop, and crawl; climb and balance on ladders and scaffolds; climb stairs, reach overhead, push, pull

Prefer minimum 2 years experience for this role. Will train if necessary.

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
