Law Clerk

Job Description:

We are seeking a Law Clerk to join our litigation team. As a Law Clerk, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including preparing legal documents, conducting case analyses, and conducting various forms of research with our attorneys and legal staff.

Job Requirements:

Candidates must have completed their first year of law school, providing proof of excellent academic credentials. Additionally, candidates should be able to demonstrate strong organizational, research, writing, and analytical skills. Responsibilities:

• Perform medical or legal research to analyze liability and damages issues.

• Prepare legal drafts by assembling and organizing information for legal forms and documents, such as petitions, affidavits, demands, and other pleadings.

• Assemble case materials by collecting, organizing, and summarizing information, documents, reports, and evidence.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Google Workspace, Filevine and excellent telephone skills.

• Completion of at least one (1) year of law school.

• Excellent written, analytical, and verbal communication skills.
