Dean of Discipline

Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students

•Provide engaging and effective instruction to students

•Create comprehensive lesson plans that align with the curriculum objectives and ensure student learning outcomes are met

•Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation, collaboration, and critical thinking

•Assess student progress through various methods, including tests, assignments, projects, and other forms of evaluation

•Provide timely and constructive feedback on student work to facilitate growth and development

•Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to coordinate curriculum, share best practices, and address student needs

•Actively participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on educational trends and practices

•Demonstrate strong leadership skills and qualities, adhering to school policies and protocols

Qualifications

•The ideal candidate must have prior experience teaching

•Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field

•Familiarity with the Abeka curriculum preferred but not required

•Proven ability to create engaging lesson plans and assess student progress

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues

•Manage classroom activities effectively

•Successful completion of a background check

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
