New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks commercial litigator with 6+ years of experience in a wide range of complex high-stakes commercial matters, including breach of contract, tortious interference with contract, breach of fiduciary duty, defamation/libel, asset acquisition/disposition related disputes, joint venture/partnership disputes, unfair trade practices, environmental issues, insurance coverage, environmental liability, defense of consumer claims and defense of and/or bringing class action suits. The ideal candidate must have proven success in a variety of complex commercial litigations at the trial level, have a record of success in commercial mediations, arbitrations and appeals in both state and federal courts. Admission to the New York State Bar are required. The corporate law office is based in New York. The law practice was established in 1979. Area of specialization is real estate law. Over fifty well-established attorneys are staffed at the firm. There are four primary areas of practice.
