What will you be doing:
You will be responsible for providing physical therapy services in the patient’s home. This includes initial evaluations, development and execution of treatment plans and collaboration with the patient’s interdisciplinary team. You will also provide safety recommendations, including obtaining DME and adaptive equipment.
What we’re looking for in you:
- Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy License in good standing.
- 2+ years of PT experience required.
- Prior homecare experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to prioritize and triage patients.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work within a team structure.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and understanding of how to access resources for patients.
- Strong computer skills.
