Orthodontic RDA Position Available in Elk Grove

Job Summary:

As a vital member of our private orthodontic practice, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional orthodontic treatments to our community. We're committed to maintaining the highest standards of care, and we're on the lookout for a team player who not only possesses the requisite clinical skills but also exudes warmth, energy, and a positive attitude.

This is a 4 day per week position, totaling approximately 36 hours, from Monday to Thursday, with hours from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. While experience is valued, we're also open to training individuals who have a genuine passion for patient care and a vibrant personality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in delivering top-notch orthodontic treatments

- Maintain a friendly and welcoming environment for patients of all ages

- Uphold strict adherence to OSHA, infection control, and safety protocols

- Utilize basic computer skills (Microsoft Windows); experience with Dolphin management software is a plus

- Exhibit excellent communication skills and collaborate effectively with colleagues

Requirements:

- Valid CA RDA license

- Current CPR Certification

- Basic computer proficiency

- Knowledge of orthodontic chair-side assisting (preferred, not mandatory)

- Professional appearance and demeanor

Compensation and Benefits:
