We are Hiring a Customer Service Specialist / HVAC Service Dispatcher to join our team!

We are a family owned and operated residential and light commercial plumbing and AC company, serving Fountain Hills and the surrounding Valley of the Sun communities.

This position is the initial contact to our clients, customers, and employees, and plays a vital role through providing administrative support.

Job Title: Customer Service Specialist / HVAC Service Dispatcher

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience

What you will be doing:

• Answering incoming calls
• Scheduling service calls & dispatching plumbers
• Maintaining customers database with current information, we use ServiceTitan
• Calling customers with lead time for service
• Scheduling installations
• Logging warranties and rebates
• Working independently
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• 2 years related experience in an office setting in customer service, dispatching, project coordination or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Stellar customer service skills
• Experience using a cloud-based scheduling / CRM system, ServiceTitan experienced a plus!
• A clear and professional speaking voice as phones are a huge part of the position
• Data entry, filing, and other general office duties
• Experienced with MS Outlook, MS Office Suite, specifically Word, and Excel
• The ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and plumbers
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Must be able to work independently
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass background check & drug screen
