Customer Service Support Specialist

We are in search of experienced Customer Service Specialists to support our National Team. This is a support position, not a sales position.

The target is to ensure excellent customer service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with the customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies and guidelines, in a friendly and professional manner
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• General office administration support

Skills needed:

• 2+ years of customer support experience
• Effective telephone communication skills, with the ability to discuss and problem-solve situations that could arise with the customer
• Achieve and maintain rapport with customers and work to give them the best possible service regularly
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge and experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive and professional demeanor
• This position will provide the successful candidate with the chance to learn new skills, work as a team, and build a career
• Manufacturing accounting and inventory system experience a plus!
