Role
Join our team as a Service Technician/Installer (also known as HVAC Technician, HVAC Installer). You'll be responsible for installing and servicing HVAC systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a self-managing individual who values teamwork, quality, and is eager to learn and grow within the company.
Benefits- Competitive pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour.

- Minimum of 3 years of HVAC installation experience.
- Universal EPA Certification.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, mechanical troubleshooting, and excellent communication skills.
- Good understanding of general plumbing and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with Wi-Fi thermostat installation and the ability to connect various systems.
- Must have a clean MVR record and be fluent in English.
