Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Tax Accountant to join mid-size and highly successful organization based in Irvine, CA. This role is a full time permanent position, offering significant career growth, collaborative company culture, career advancement, and competitive compensation/benefits package. Any candidates should have a couple of years at the "Senior" level and expertise working in a Partnership company structure.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and examine comprehensive tax documents and work paper for Federal, State, and Local income
- Investor K-1 tax form research and review
- Handle all tax preparation and quarterly/annual tax forecasting
- Utilize CCH and additional tools for tax research
- Worked with external services, CPA, parties for tax review and preparation
- Additional ad hoc duties
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related subject
- Must have experience working in a Partnership with several Partners
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- CPA is preferred and Masters level degree is preferred - but neither is required
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
