Job Description
We are looking for a Hvac Lead Technician Residential to join our team! You will service, repair heating and air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and start up new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Lead technicians to follow company procedures
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- 15+ years experience in HVAC
- Experience in leadership roles
- Must follow instructions and willing to learn
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
