Client Service Representative (CSRs) are the first point of contact for all clients needing assistance. Our job is to act as a liaison between owners and the medical team that is caring for their pet.
This is a fast-paced position as we are an integral part to a busy hospital with many different teams and departments.
This opening is for an overnight position.

Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:
- Handling client relations
- Checking in/out patients
- Answering phone calls
- Maintaining cleanliness of the lobby and exam rooms
- Working with all departments, helping to organize referral scheduling, direct questions, and relay any further information or requests
This is not a complete list of job duties; some tasks may be assigned or reassigned as policies and procedures change
We are looking for applicants with:
- Strong customer service and reception experience
- A history or knowledge basis in veterinary medicine
- Strong communication and organization skills
- The ability to multi task
- Conflict resolution skills
- Willing to move frequently in a fast paced atmosphere
