About Trim and Tidy Cleaning LLC:

We are a Coverall cleaning franchise that utilizes the Core-4 processes developed by Coverall. Our goal is to provide clean, germ-free workplaces for our customers. We offer a flexible work schedule that can be done any time between 5:00PM and 6:00AM.

Job Description:

We are looking for employees who can drive to locations and clean them efficiently utilizing the Core-4 process. As a Commercial Cleaner at Trim and Tidy Cleaning LLC, you will be required to perform a work schedule which includes:

-          Carry up to 40 lbs.

-          Clean and wipe surfaces — such as tables, counters, and furniture

-          Use provided backpack vacuum to vacuum floors

-          Use provided mops to wet mop floors with a specialized system

-          Clean and wipe kitchen area appliances — such as microwaves

-          Clean and disinfect restrooms — including toilets/sinks and refill paper supplies

-          Take out trash & replace liners

-          Polish windows, mirrors, & chrome surfaces

Requirements:

-          Ability to work during evening and nighttime hours

-          Effective communication skills

-          Ability to be physically active for up to 6 hours a day

-          Strong skills to spot details

-          Ability to work with a teammate

-          Driver’s License (Requirement)

-          Commitment to showing up

-          Be able to pass a background screening

-          Be responsible for company supplied equipment.

Job Type:

Up to 30 hours a week

Schedule:

Up to 6 hours a day

Between 5PM and 6AM, evening and night times

Weekends as needed

Benefits:

-          Training salary: $15 (2-3 weeks)

-          After training salary: $19

-          Special services: +$5 per hour for deep cleaning projects

-          Gas card plan- driving distance between serviced locations is paid for.

-          Paid Sick leave accrues over-time after the first 90 days (about 3 months).

Service Locations:

Trim & Tidy Cleaning LLC is based out of Queen Creek, Arizona.  Our services cover Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, and Queen Creek.
