Account Executive / B2B Sales Specialist

Position: We're currently looking for a B2B Sales Specialist with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for generating leads, developing new business opportunities and nurturing connections, and presenting our custom products to prospective customers.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, outbound calling, and account management
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to adapt to new challenges and embrace positive coaching
- Proficiency with CRM systems and computer operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows, Mac)
- Background in HVAC installation/maintenance, contracting, or related industries is a plus
- Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and qualify prospective customers through targeted outreach
- Develop new business relationships and identify opportunities for growth
- Present product information and solutions to potential clients
- Update and maintain customer information in CRM system
- Prepare proposals and negotiate terms with customers
- Achieve key performance indicators, including outbound call goals, quote conversion rates, and sales revenue targets
Compensation Structure:
- Hourly compensation with uncapped commissions and performance-based bonuses
- Eligibility for commissions based on invoiced sales, including incentives for new accounts, reactivated accounts, and existing/recurring accounts
