Account Executive / B2B Sales Specialist

Position: We're currently looking for a B2B Sales Specialist with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for generating leads, developing new business opportunities and nurturing connections, and presenting our custom products to prospective customers.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, outbound calling, and account management
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to adapt to new challenges and embrace positive coaching
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and computer operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows, Mac)
  • Background in HVAC installation/maintenance, contracting, or related industries is a plus
  • Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and qualify prospective customers through targeted outreach
  • Develop new business relationships and identify opportunities for growth
  • Present product information and solutions to potential clients
  • Update and maintain customer information in CRM system
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate terms with customers
  • Achieve key performance indicators, including outbound call goals, quote conversion rates, and sales revenue targets

Compensation Structure:

  • Hourly compensation with uncapped commissions and performance-based bonuses
  • Eligibility for commissions based on invoiced sales, including incentives for new accounts, reactivated accounts, and existing/recurring accounts
