Leadership - Empower others to perform and provide necessary support, set and measure challenging standards of performance and facilitate the movement toward a common vision.
Coaching - Focus on actively training and coaching team members for high performance in current roles and proactively develop them for successful performance and promotion.
Communication - Communicate effectively in one-on-one and group settings. Written/verbal communication should reflect appropriate vocabulary, grammar and word usage. Consistently and effectively communicate with the Regional Supervisor and relevant teams regarding property performance.
Requirements
Property Management experience
Leadership and strong organizational skills
Knowledge of housing laws and other applicable regulations
Valid driver’s license
