As a firm that specializes in pop up events, we are looking to hire a front end customer service associate, to act for our clients on their behalf at said events. This is a high-paced work environment, with a stellar team!
The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics:
- Great work ethic
- Positive attitude at all times
- Very personable
- Great listener, and picks up skills easily
This role will include:
- Working different events around the Atlanta area
- Speak to customers
- Answer any questions potential customers may have
- Upgrade/Downgrade accounts if requested
- Potential to supervise events
* Please note this is an IN PERSON role. Candidates MUST be able to commute to the Cumberland Mall/Battery area *
