Job Description:

Our 160-bed healthcare facility seeks a Director of Surgical Services with a minimum of 7 years of clinical nursing experience, including 3 years of experience in surgical services, and at least 5 years of management/leadership experience. The ideal candidate must have a State of Tennessee or multi-state Registered Nurse licensure and a Bachelor's degree in nursing (Master's preferred).

The Director of Surgical Services will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the surgical services department, ensuring that all policies, procedures, and regulations are followed. The candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and have a strong commitment to patient care.
