Service Manager - Commercial Plumbing

This is a unique opportunity to assist with the startup of a plumbing division with an existing successful contracting company.
We are seeking an experienced individual who is looking to get in on the ground floor of a newly formed commercial plumbing company set to service multiple facilities throughout the State of Florida.

Our vision for the company is to open other offices throughout the state and the southeast. At this point we are in search of someone who will want to keep growing with us. As you can see, there will be opportunities for growth for many years to come. Office staff and sales teams are already established to support your needs.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Drivers License with clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check
• This individual will have an entrepreneurial spirit and value working with a team of like-minded individuals.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in the commercial plumbing industry.
• Past work history must include experience as a technician, estimator, and field manager.
• Computer literate and able to use estimating software

Responsibilities:

• Hiring new technicians
• Managing technicians in the field,
• Estimating commercial plumbing jobs
• Running projects
• Establishing relationships with our clients while on site
• Act as the highest source of information for all service, inventory, and product-knowledge concerns and work process matters (for both employees and customers)
• Keep a safe and clean workspace at all times
• Monitor employee work and provide frequent progress reports in order to improve employee satisfaction and efficiency
• Follow and abide by all industry standards, regulations, and laws
• Help train new employees in company procedures, including safety and work processes
• Stay up to date on industry standards and any new innovations, materials, tools and/or processes that can benefit the company

Benefits & Pay:

• The position provides a salary, bonuses, health insurance, retirement, vacation, and paid holidays.
• Company truck and fuel 
• Anticipated income for the first year is between $75K and $100K and between $135K and $150K within two to three years.
• There will be no cap on bonuses.
