ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Acquire new customers in assigned segments and geography, focusing on small and medium-sized opportunities.
• Lead all aspects of the sales process, leveraging company resources for solution development and implementation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Understand customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Cold call prospective and existing clients to expand market reach.
• Identify opportunities for growth and develop action plans.
• Conduct technical presentations and discussions.
• Participate in regional events and industry conferences.
• Resolve client concerns promptly and effectively.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree with 7-10 years of experience in Oil and Gas Upstream and/or Midstream sales.
• Demonstrated success in managing selling cycles and applying sales methodologies.
• Understanding of the oil and gas business.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other business tools.
• Ability to travel regionally and locally often.
