4. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked counter area and showroom.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
6. Stay up-to-date on plumbing industry trends, new products, and regulations to better serve customers.
7. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
8. Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting regular inventory counts.
9. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions securely.
10. Uphold company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and customer service excellence.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in plumbing or related field preferred.
2. Proven experience working in a plumbing supply counter role or similar customer service position.
3. Strong knowledge of plumbing products, materials, fittings, and equipment.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
