CAD Product Manager

Seeking an experienced CAD Manager to manage the CAD group and ensure that the 3D models, drawings, and assemblies are of the highest quality. Incumbent is expected to plan and manage all CAD work, act as the primary administrator for SolidWorks PDM, act as a senior checker and manage CAD processes and improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Supervises the work of employees in the CAD group, including reviewing and checking drawings/models and signing off for release.
- Creating high quality parametric models, drawings, and assemblies in SolidWorks, sometimes working from 2D layouts.
- Checking engineering drawings for accuracy and ensuring design intent is met.
- Managing/Administering SolidWorks PDM. This includes managing/creating workflows and engineering change process within PDM.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
1. Bachelors Degree.
2. 5 or more years of CAD experience.
3. 3 or more years of Management experience.
4. 3 or more years of SolidWorks experience.
