A current Property & Casualty and/or Health & Life license is required for this role, and we will pay for the ideal candidate to obtain additional licensing that might be needed now or in the future.

Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes and advise customers on insurance policies based on their needs and goals.
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships to create trust and to support customer retention and product loyalty.
- Follow up with customers promptly and answer any questions they may have.
- Continue to look for cross-selling and account rounding opportunities.
- In everyday operations, use computer systems and software platforms to document customer interactions.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and follow established protocols.
- Work with office staff in a respectable and efficient manner!
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency REQUIRED.
- Indiana Property and Casualty License REQUIRED. Company will pay for other licensing as needed or required.
- 2+ years of demonstrated success as an Insurance Sales Producer is preferred.
- Experience working in an office environment, using a multiline phone system, and utilizing computer software. Proficient typing/data entry skills.
- Experience with Agency Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Showing professionalism in all aspects of communication - verbal, written, or in-person - to maintain a positive working atmosphere and promote efficient communication.
- Demonstrates the highest level of technical and cognitive abilities to ensure accuracy and precision.
- Ability to independently prioritize and organize daily tasks and duties.
- A good, respectable attitude and a desire to achieve and succeed!
