WEEKENDS OFF!

ULTIMATELY, OUR STORE MANAGERS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO:
1) Ensure a customer-centric experience that creates customer promoters
2) Ensure our team creates the best customer service experience in the industry and our customers leave with a safe and reliable vehicle
3) Ensure to train and develop your teammates to grow their career with Integrity 1st
4) Ensure the store performance and operations during all posted business hours
5) Have ownership mentality and growth mindset

SHOP ADMINISTRATION:

  • Shop Cleanliness (interior, exterior, bathrooms, garage) by establishing practices that ensure routine cleaning and maintenance of the entire shop ecosystem.
  • Parts Management (sourcing, ordering, returns & refunds)
  • Ensuring your Shop Management System (Tekmetric) reflects the on-ground reality.
  • Vendor Relations & Statement Accuracy (e.g. CINTAS, Ataram)
  • Securing company assets such as tools, electronics, cash, vehicles etc.
  • Timely and organized filing of paper documents received.
  • Inventory Management. Inventory should be regularly updated to reflect changes in quantity and/or price.
  • Customer Experience - be sure we are always prepared to host guests with the appropriate amenities which include but are not limited to snacks and beverages, paper towels, toiletries, thank you cards, warranty pamphlets, hand sanitizer etc.
  • Employee attendance, timesheet, and payroll accuracy

SALES PERFORMANCE:

  • Keep our customers informed by updating throughout each day and prompt action on phone calls, emails, voicemails, SMS and other sales activity
  • Customer experience! Must create a great customer experience and have a culture of "Yes"!!
  • Monitor and coach your team on weekly key performance indicators including but not limited to: hours presented per customer, hours sold per customer, effective labor rate, parts margins, maintenance sold per customer etc.
  • Community involvement - our expectation is that you create relationships in the community through local B2B visits and grass roots marketing.

TEAMMATES:

  • Train and develop your teammates through multiple methods such as 1 on 1 coaching.
  • Employee birthdays, anniversaries, paid-time off, commission calculations, scheduling etc.
  • Build a plan for success for each teammate within their current role.
  • Employee praise, recognition and/or discipline and action plans
  • Maintaining an open line of communication with each teammate to address concerns, opportunities, and questions.
  • Setting personal expectations and conducting regular performance reviews
  • Executing effective team huddles each day
  • Immediate communication and recourse for employees who fail to adhere to the company’s standard operating procedures, expectations, and core values.

RECRUITMENT, TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT:

  • Identify opportunities in the business for when to add future teammates and for promoting current teammates for the optimal performance of your shop
  • Interviewing prospective candidates, presenting results and recommendations to Corporate, and sending offers upon approval
  • Onboarding and training all new candidates insofar as their role duties, expectations, and critical details laid out in the company employee handbook (e.g. safety protocols)
  • Regular reviewing and auditing of employee performance such as punctuality, phone call recordings, guest interactions, technician productivity (compared to labor guide for example), parts ordering, repair order management etc.
  • Providing resources to increase employee skill sets (e.g. discover technician training classes for particular topics, sales literature, podcasts etc.)

QUALITY ASSURANCE:

  • Every vehicle that leaves our facility is assumed to have received a seal of approval from the General Manager. Managers must ensure that quality assurance protocols are in place to determine the quality and effectiveness of the work performed on vehicles in addition to the state of the vehicle prior to repossession (e.g. finger prints, oil streaks etc).
  • Reviewing digital vehicle inspection quality
  • Ensuring check-out procedures are followed (e.g. thank you cards, warranty explanation, declined work etc.)
  • Ensuring Corporate is aware of missed opportunities such as having to turn away legitimate business, slow turnaround due to insufficient tools, requirement for additional human resources etc.

INTEGRITY STANDARD:

  • Maintain consistency in service and process for each role under your charge. If your store is lagging behind on image, administration, facilitating repair orders, and/or parts management duties .
  • Verify full documentation is present on every ticket
  • Ensuring all health and safety protocols are adhered
  • State Inspection Station Compliance (e.g. only licensed practitioners, ensuring bay usage is restricted to state inspections etc.)
