Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

We are at the forefront of innovation, providing cutting-edge solutions in a dynamic and evolving industry.
Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in our corporate office in Newtown Square. Reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer, the Senior Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting our rapid growth by providing insightful financial analysis, building Board-level materials, and driving forecasting activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Forecasting:

Collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts.
Provide regular updates on financial performance and projections.

Board-Level Reporting:

Prepare comprehensive and insightful financial reports, metrics, and presentations for Board meetings.
Convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.

Data Analysis:

Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decision-making.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with the Chief Administrative Officer, senior leadership, and the accounting team to ensure alignment on financial goals and reporting.
Communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders in an accessible manner.

Professional Development:

Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Continuously improve financial analysis processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

Experience:

2-5 years of relevant financial analysis experience.
Previous experience in private equity or investment banking is advantageous.

Education:

Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, with a focus on finance, accounting, or a related field.
MBA in finance desired but not required.

Skills:

Exceptional proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large sets of data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Career Growth Potential:

The ideal candidate should have the potential to grow into a VP of Financial Planning role within Company or a Senior Associate/ Vice President position within one of our private equity firms.
