Job Description

• Prepare financial statements for various companies quarterly and annually
• Prepare journal entries
• Prepare accruals and other adjusting entries
• Code daily deposits
• Code accounts payable
• Prepare quarterly income estimates
• Prepare bank reconciliations and payroll reconciliation
• Prepare tax and audit schedules
• Maintain depreciation schedules for fixed assets
• Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Work closely with field offices in maintaining financial information
• Provide support for external audits
• Work with internal tax department
• Perform other essential duties as assigned

Requirements

• 3-5 Years of overall general accounting experience
• Self-motivated
• Ownership in work product
• Knowledge of full cycle accounting
• Experience with fixed assets
• Experience with debt and security investment
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• High degree of attention to detail and multi-tasking
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Works well in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Team Player and be able to work well with other departments
