Lead HVAC Installer / Journeyman Installation Technician

Yarbrough and Sons Heat and Air of Blanchard, OK is seeking a full-time Lead HVAC Installer to complete accurate and timely installations for our clients while mentoring and training an assigned apprentice. This journeyman installation technician position works to ensure all jobs are completed as assigned/needed, will communicate all suggestions and feedback to help maintain the profitability of jobs, and works closely with clients to collect payment and ensure complete satisfaction with the services provided. This lead HVAC installer position works 40 hours per week from 7 am-4 pm on weekdays and can expect some overtime/weekend hours, especially during the summer months. As a journeyman installation technician, you can expect to earn a competitive wage of $18-$26/hour, depending on skills and experience, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus (paid after 90 days). QUALIFICATIONS FOR A JOURNEYMAN INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

• Valid Oklahoma Journeyman License
• Refrigeration experience and brazing experience
• Able to lift and move in excess of 50lbs as well as perform other physical requirements of the job
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Be able to pass a drug and background check
