About the Position:

The Director of Family Wellness is responsible for leading and overseeing Mountainside's Family Wellness' program to ensure the delivery of high-quality outpatient services. This role involves strategic planning, development, and implementation of family wellness' programs and strategies, roll out and effective deployment of tactics, policies and programs. The Director of Family Wellness ensures the services under their responsibility meet or exceed clients' needs and expectations for safety, care, and effectiveness during the treatment process. The Director of Family Wellness oversees the daily operations of the Family Wellness and it's performance and business goals. This includes responsibility for the management of staff, services delivered, budgets, census and quality assurance. This position requires daily in-person interactions with business partners and clients; this is not a hybrid or remote position.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Your Role:

• Performance Management and QQT (Quality, Quantity, Timeliness of treatment): Allocate resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment, to support the Family Wellness programs and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, creating reports with KPIs, monitoring and assessments, QQT metrics, etc.
• Team Management & Staff Development: Oversee and manage the Family Wellness operations team and administrative assistance, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to ensure efficient and effective Family Wellness operations necessary to achieve the client care and organization's goals.
• Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Detox, Clinical, Outpatient, Wellness, Recovery Coaching, Continuing Care, Client Services, Program Development, Medical, CIT, Billing and Utilization Review, to ensure alignment and coordination.
• Conflict Resolution: Address conflicts and issues that arise within the Family Wellness operations team or with external partners in a timely and effective manner.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for Family Wellness operations activities, including forecasting and tracking expenses, goals and opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Graduate Degree in related field
• Current License in Clinical Social Work (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, or equivalent) in CT, NY, NJ, MA states preferred
• Current Credential in Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counseling (CASAC/LADC/LCADC) preferred
• Knowledge and experience in the provision of evidence based integrative care
• Minimum three years' experience/knowledge in substance abuse and/or co-occurring disorders integrated treatment.
• Minimum two years' experience in providing clinical services to families/couples

Compensation:

The base rate of pay for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 per year. Actual pay is determined based on a number of job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions.
