As a Process Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and fine-tuning processes to ensure top-notch production standards. You'll collaborate to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and uphold stringent quality and regulatory benchmarks.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and design efficient production processes, prioritizing safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness
• Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to evaluate process viability
• Select cutting-edge equipment and machinery to streamline manufacturing
• Optimize equipment performance to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
• Continuously analyze and enhance processes to boost productivity and reduce waste
• Implement process control strategies to maintain optimal parameters
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to uphold regulatory standards
• Establish quality control procedures to monitor product excellence throughout production
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines
• Prepare insightful reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Foster teamwork across departments to align process goals with business objectives
• Travel, as required, to other manufacturing facilities

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in process simulation software, such as IQMS/Delmia
• Familiarity with process control systems and statistical analysis tools
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Impeccable attention to detail
