Job Title: Nonprofit Loan Compliance Specialist

Shift: Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm / Hybrid Work week

Pay: $24-26/hour

Location: Austin, TX

Job Details: In this role you will be reviewing Pre-Closing mortgage loan packages, including, reviewing a Purchase Contract, Uniform Loan Application (1003), DPA Program Affidavit and Underwriters Certification.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 2 years of experience reviewing legal documents and ensuring compliance

• High attention to detail

• Mortgage document review experience is preferred, but not required

• Bachelors is a plus, high school diploma is required
