Paralegal for our pre-suit/ No-fault department

Lipton Law, a fast-paced personal injury law firm located in Southfield, is seeking a bright and diligent legal assistant for our busy pre-suit/No-fault department. This person will work on all types of personal injury files including but not limited to auto accidents, premises liability, dog bite, general negligence etc. The job includes ordering records, submitting claims, working with clients, talking to adjusters and assisting with phones and other administrative support tasks. This is an in-person role that lends support to an efficiently run front office. You will be an essential worker that works inhouse so that a large group of our employees can work remotely. We are looking for by an individual who is detail-oriented and works well in a group environment. Applicants will only be considered that have a minimum of two years personal injury experience and a paralegal certificate or degree. Experience with File Vine is a plus. Knowledge and experience with basic software such as Outlook, Adobe, Microsoft Word required.

• Bonus Points: Familiarity with File Vine.
