Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Senior CRM Analytics Consultant, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data insights to drive business decisions and optimize customer relationship management (CRM) strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of CRM analytics principles, coupled with hands-on experience in analyzing data from various sources both within and outside the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, design analytical solutions, and deliver actionable insights that drive measurable results. You will transform complex data sets into intuitive visualizations and actionable recommendations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand KPI’s, reporting requirements and impactful solutions that meet business needs,
  • Lead the design and implementation of CRM analytics solutions, leveraging your expertise to extract actionable insights from complex data sets,
  • Utilize a diverse set of data sources, both on and off the Salesforce platform, to provide comprehensive insights into customer behavior, trends, and opportunities,
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization efforts,
  • Advise clients on additional opportunities for discovering new insights, at times, through additional CRM configurations/builds,
  • Design and build intuitive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization,
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in CRM analytics, continually enhancing your knowledge and skills to drive innovation and deliver value to clients,
  • Act as a subject matter expert in CRM analytics, providing guidance and support to internal teams and clients on data-driven decision-making processes,
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to align CRM analytics initiatives with broader business objectives,
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making within the organization, advocating for the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM analytics, with a proven track record of designing and implementing analytical solutions that drive business impact,
  • CRM Analytics certification,
  • Design, Development, Customization, and implementation experience in Salesforce CRM-A suite (e.g., Einstein Applications, Lenses, Dashboards and Dataflows),
  • Extensive experience with multiple data sources, both within and outside the Salesforce platform, including proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI),
  • Strong design thinking skills, with the ability to transform complex data sets into intuitive visualizations and actionable insights,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions,
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.

PREFERENCES

  • Any additional certifications in Salesforce or analytics,
  • Ability and/or experience building financial statements/reporting,
  • Understanding of external data source integration (e.g., ETLs, Google Cloud, AWS, Azure),
  • Experience with Certinia PSA and ERP,
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a passion for driving continuous improvement and delivering value to clients,
  • Highly analytical mindset, with a passion for data-driven decision-making and a strong attention to detail.
