We are seeking a new Optician to join our team. Join our growing team of dedicated Patient Success Representatives and promote patient retention and loyalty. Initiate contact with potential patients, identify needs, cultivate patient relationships, and build solutions that help patients.

What You Will Do:

• Guide patients in the selection of optical products to accommodate their prescription and financial requirements.
• Maintaining correct inventory for the patient population.
• Assisting with frame adjustments and repairs.
• Build and maintain relationships with patients and key personnel within our referring physicians..
• Assisting with front desk coverage.

What You Will Bring:

Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Dispensing Glasses
• Prescription Dispensing
• Lens Selection
• Optical Sales
• Certified Optician
