We have been serving our customers since 1981. We are 82 employees strong in West Sacramento and looking to add hard working and talented employees to our team as we continue to grow.

Hourly pay is $21.50 per hour

Warehouse Person Primary Job Requirements & Description:

• Receive ordered merchandise by inspecting for container damages & correct quantities on invoice or packing list.
• Use of hand held scanners and other computer software programs.
• Use and properly communicate via Telephone, email  etc.
• Maintain accurate records of items shipped and received.
• Report and document any receiving discrepancies to vendors and or Parts Manager/Principal Partsman.
• Follow proper hazmat compliance regulations.
• Process items for shipment according to established guidelines and procedures.
• Communicate incoming and outgoing status to appropriate internal customers, counter personal and managers.
• Inventory management including but not excluded to putting away new parts and arranging department as direct by management
• Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient work area.
• Ensure effective tracking of shipments.
• Ensure best relationship possible between dealership-customer-factory-vendors.
• Maintain our safety requirements by utilizing the proper lifting equipment i.e. Pallet jack, forklift etc. In addition, you must wear protective safety equipment as needed.
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to the Parts Manager, Principal Partsman, or dealership management.
• Drive and deliver parts as needed
• Assist delivery drivers/salesman or dealer staff in the loading/unloading of their trucks as needed
• Delivery & distribution of all  envelopes, boxes, packages or  parts to the appropriate dealer personnel within a timely manner
• Learn the parts business
• Understand the shipping and receiving of Cores
• Other duties as required by management

   

   

   

The Warehouse Person is responsible for providing service to our customers while maintaining exceptional customer service. This can include delivering parts, picking up parts, interacting with customers, maintaining a professional appearance, and having the desire to learn this position and learn about the opportunities to advance in our dealership.

Organization skills along with strong communication skills will allow you to succeed in a fast paced environment. 

This job can lead to parts counter positions or sales positions within the dealership. Your destiny depends on your ability to be a good employee and show the desire to train and learn other parts of our business.

Basic Qualifications

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

* Clean DMV printout

* Ability to work a 40 hour work week.

*Desire to train and progress

*Abiltiy to work in a team environment

* Proof of stable past employment. Job jumpers or short term mind sets need not apply!!!
