Job Description

CNC/CAM Operator-

*Possibility for Fusion360 3 axis lathe and mill programming

Busy OEM is seeking a motivated candidate interested in furthering their manufacturing career. This position is 1st Shift, Full-Time, Monday through Friday. All machines have Haas/Fanuc controls and candidates are expected to be familiar with these controls.

Must have previous experience. Fusion360 experience is a plus. Manual Engine lathe experience is a plus

Must be capable of performing own set-ups and operate 3/4 axis lathe and Mill. We are looking for an excited CNC Machinist working multiple machines which will benefit from on the job training.

Able to work with minimal supervision
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Possess a mechanical aptitude
Strong problem solving capabilities
Solid working knowledge with: blueprint reading & G-code programming
Comfortable using Haas/Fanuc control
Experience designing/building fixtures, machining castings, and programming, setting up 4th Axis Rotary Tables preferred
Machine components according to instructions and engineering drawings
Change tools and make offset adjustments
Review blueprints and accompanying documents for accuracy and machining requirements.
Understand and follow machining policies, instructions, work rules and safety guidelines.
Meet schedules and maintain quality standards.
Work experience related to CNC lathe and mill machining
Mill turn & Lathe turn experience is required.
