Job Description

Hybrid/Remote for Tampa and St. Petersburg Law Firms. Paralegals needed for permanent positions that are hybrid remote. Candidates must have Litigation experience. Salary listed is a range and depends on experience. Firm also offers: 2 or 3 Days working from home, bonus, paid parking, GOOD health, dental and vision insurance, Paid Life, LTD and STD, 15 to 20 days of PTO in year 1, 401K, Profit Sharing, Bonus, and much much more. NICE FIRM AND ATTORNEYS! Salary is based on 40 hour work week.

Duties Include

Answering and propounding discovery
Analyzing, organizing discovery documents
Drafting pleadings, motions, orders
Summarizing records involved in a matter
Working with experts
Preparing attorneys for hearings, depositions and trials
Prepare trial notebooks, exhibit and witness lists
