IT System Support Engineer

The System Support Engineer position is primarily responsible for managing help desk tickets and troubleshooting end-user computer hardware, cloud services, and networking systems, both in-person and remote.

Responsibilities include:

• Serve as primary point of contact for all support requests, including updating & closing dispatched tickets

• Responsible to onboard/offboard IT related hardware, including mobile devices & peripherals

• Responsible to manage IT hardware shipment, returns, repairs & related documentation

• Responsible for the successful startup of IT equipment required in a new facility opening including, hardware systems, applications, printers, peripherals, VoIP phones, networking, and complete support documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field and minimum of 3 years experience supporting healthcare operations; or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Experience supporting Microsoft Azure Cloud Services, Citrix Virtual Applications, iGel, and Windows 10 operating systems.

• Familiarity with networking hardware and firewall security management

• Excellent customer service and communication skills with internal/external customers and staff

• Ability to adapt to shifting demands, priorities, and timelines

• Aptitude for improving business processes and solving problems using IT technical solutions
