As the clinical medical director, you will facilitate efficient center operations by balancing patient care and leadership within a clinical environment
Requirements:
- Must be a licensed MD or DO in the state which you are applying for
- Willing to work M-F, 8 am to 5 pm
- 3+ years of experience in ANY of these departments:
- Family Practice
- Occupational Medicine
- Internal Medicine
- Emergency Department (ED)
- Unrestricted DEA license
- Eligible to participate in Medicare
- Board Certification or Eligibility (Preferred)
Responsibilities:
- 90% of your time clinically treating patients
- 10% focused on recruiting & business metrics
- Ensure optimal execution of clinical model playbook as well as identify indicators for clinical improvement while also confirming accurate records/billing
- Mentoring, training and developing clinical staff and colleagues
- Build an appropriate treatment environment throughout center that follows State Practice Act/Rules and - Regulations
