Job Description

Responsibilities:

Exceptional customer service.
Install, repair, and maintain locks.
Create new keys for locks.
Rekey locks when needed.
Advise customers on the best security solutions for their needs.
Provide emergency services when needed.
Stay up to date with industry knowledge.
Maintain detailed records/documentation of services provided.

Qualifications:

1 year locksmith experience.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong knowledge of common locks and security systems.
Experience using locksmith tools and equipment.
Outstanding problem-solving skills.
Multitasking.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
