Job Description

InfraHire is looking for Project Superintendent in Selma, CA

Specializes in healthcare commercial construction, so most of the projects will be inside of existing healthcare facilities, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and hospitals. Responsibilities and duties include the following:

Coordinate and manage subcontractor daily work activities.

Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and subcontracts and ensuring that all work is installed per these Contract Documents.

Coordination meetings with Subcontractors.

Creating & updating the project schedule.

New project job-walks with the project team.

Assisting the Project Manager in creating scopes of work, contracts, and document control.

Communicate with the project team (PM, Owner, Architect/Engineers).

Coordinate with the Project Manager.

Coordinate inspections with the AHJ.
