What You Will Do/Need (Job Summary):
Responsible for daily operations of the bar for night shift
Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Responsibilities)
- Open up the evening bar at 3pm daily
- Clean and keep the main bar maintained at all times
- Take care of members’ requests and needs
- Stock all beverage items in the designated areas daily
- Ring in all beverage and food orders through the point of sale
- Close out the computer at the end of your shift
- Assist the Beverage Manager with any duties necessary
- Close the bar at the end of the day
- Turn in all end-of-the-day paperwork to the front desk
- Other duties as assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, skills, and abilities required)
- Food & beverage knowledge
- Basic computer skills
- Outgoing personality, detailed oriented
- Previous bartending experience preferred
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Able to lift 25 lbs. and climb stairs.
- Ability to perform duties under pressure.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
