Business Systems Analyst – Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Magnify has an exciting new Business Systems Analyst opportunity with a top-notch organization in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Do you have expertise as a Business Systems Analyst AND experience working with big data, writing SQL queries and data mapping and stellar advanced level Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Joins, Pivots)?

Do you have a passion for being the liaison between "the business and technology" and working directly with C-Level executives on projects that directly impact the organization?

Have you worked in an Enterprise level Agile environment in the financial / banking industry?

Business Systems Analyst Required Skills/Background:

4+ years of professional Technical Business Systems Analyst / BSA experience.
Advanced level acumen in Excel (VLOOKUP, Joins, Pivots)
Data Analysis experience.
Experience working with big data, writing SQL queries, data mapping.
Experience with Visio or similar workflow technology tool.
Experience with/in Agile.
Automated testing and use case experience.
Experience in the finance or banking industry.
Experience with Target Operating Market Work and process flows.
Must be able to work a hybrid schedule, onsite in Charlotte, North Carolina and remote.
