Monday-Friday 8 AM- 5:00 PM

Main Job Duties:

- Acquire necessary packaging materials from chosen suppliers to meet production forecasts.

- Secure items from diverse vendors as required.

- Create and manage purchase orders following company protocols.

- Aid the Procurement Director in assessing price competitiveness, service quality, and product specifications.

- Monitor outstanding orders and expedite them when necessary.

- Enhance company profitability through effective procurement strategies and negotiations.

- Oversee the ordering and prompt delivery of packaging for new products.

- Handle packaging rejections and manage returns to vendors, ensuring financial accuracy.

- Address quality issues with vendors and warehouses, including resolving credit claims.

- Administer orders to ensure punctual and accurate delivery.

- Maintain optimal inventory levels across multiple locations.

- Assist in developing procurement performance indicators and compiling monthly reports.

- Collaborate with internal teams for daily operations and updates on packaging needs.

- Engage with departments like Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales to support development and commercialization processes.

- Foster positive relationships with vendors and stakeholders across the supply chain.

- Contribute to cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

Job Requirements:

• 4-5+ years of buying experience
• Bachelor's Degree or 2 extra plus years of experience in lieu
• Bilingual in Spanish
