As a Window and Solar Panel Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and clarity of windows for residential homes, commercial buildings, and other properties. Utilizing industry-standard equipment and techniques, you will remove dirt, grime, and streaks from windows, frames, and sills, leaving them gleaming and spotless. This role offers the opportunity to work independently or as part of a team, delivering exceptional service and satisfaction to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Clean interior and exterior windows of residential homes, commercial buildings, and other structures using appropriate cleaning solutions, tools, and equipment.
• Remove dirt, dust, and debris from window surfaces, frames, tracks, and sills, paying close attention to detail and ensuring a thorough cleaning.
• Safely operate ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment to reach high or difficult-to-access windows, following established safety protocols and procedures.
• Identify and address any stubborn stains, spots, or buildup on windows, utilizing effective cleaning techniques and products.
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand their window cleaning needs, address any concerns, and ensure satisfaction with the service provided.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including equipment, tools, and vehicles, to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to deliver consistent and high-quality window cleaning services.
• Install holiday lights during the holidays.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Window Cleaner or in a similar cleaning role preferred.
• Knowledge of window cleaning techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to work at heights and perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and carrying equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, following instructions and collaborating with colleagues effectively.
