Accounting:
Data Entry: Assist with basic accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and recording financial transactions.
Expense Tracking: Maintain accurate records of expenses and assist in the preparation of expense reports.
Accounts Receivable and Payable: Support the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment reconciliation.
Financial Reporting: Generate basic financial reports and summaries as needed, providing support for senior accountants or financial analysts.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and versatile professional to fill the role of an Office Manager and Entry-Level Accountant. In this dual-role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office while also assisting with basic accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and have a basic understanding of accounting principles.
Office Management:
Administrative Duties: Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and coordinating appointments and meetings.
Supplies and Equipment: Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory. Order new supplies as needed to ensure the office is well-stocked.
Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the office space, including liaising with vendors and service providers.
Record Keeping: Maintain and organize important documents, contracts, and records in both physical and digital formats.
Scheduling: Manage office schedules, calendars, and appointments, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
Office Communication: Facilitate communication between team members and ensure information flow within the office is smooth and effective.
