Patient Coordinator - Chiropractic Wellness

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, customers, and visitors, providing friendly and professional assistance both in person and over the phone.
• Manage office operations, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, maintaining office supplies and equipment, and so much more.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
• Collaborate with team members to support marketing and sales initiatives, both internally and externally.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
• Actively participate in sales activities, including outreach, lead generation, and follow-up.
