EDI Developer - Integration

Responsibilities:

• Understand strategic business needs and provide innovative IT solutions to enhance process efficiency and collaboration among Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service functions.
• Review the current usage of Salesforce Sales and Service modules, and HubSpot, and suggest ways to enhance the utilization of the tools.
• Research IT data for business insights, and develop dashboards and analysis reports.
• Analyze, design, and develop Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solutions to connect IT Applications with customers and suppliers.
• Effectively communicate and train users on various IT Systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems.

IT Experience: 3 to 5 years in the field of Software Application Development, with a minimum of 3 years in Business Analysis, Design, and Development of Database-driven applications.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in understanding business needs, designing, and developing IT solutions.
• Salesforce administration skills, including user management, profiles, permission sets, roles, and security settings. Proficiency in creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and report folders.
• Familiarity with HubSpot platform and its core features, including workflows, automation, and reporting features.
• Basic understanding of IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (or similar product) and EDI standards, particularly ANSI X12.
• Extensive hands-on experience with MS SQL Server, including database design, development, and optimization. Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions and integrations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in understanding business needs, designing and developing IT solutions.
• Salesforce: Experience in administering Salesforce, including user management, profiles, permission sets, roles, and security settings. Understanding okta management and data migration best practices within Salesforce. Skill in creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and report folders to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• HubSpot: Familiarity with the HubSpot platform and its core features, including HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub, HubSpot's workflows, automation, and reporting features.
• Basic understanding of IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (or similar product) and its components, including AS2, Business Process, Map and Trading Partner Management is a plus.
• Understanding EDI standards, particularly ANSI X12, with specific expertise in EDI transactions such as EDI 850 (Purchase Order), EDI 855 (Purchase Order Acknowledgement), and EDI 856 (Advance Shipment Notice).
• MS SQL: Extensive hands-on experience in working with MS SQL Server, including database design, development, and optimization. Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers. Understanding performance tuning, query optimization, and index management to achieve optimal database performance.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions and integrations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional team members.
• Basic understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite R12 applications or similar ERP systems.
• Project development experience in ASP.NET Core, MVC, C#, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS, XML, SSIS, SSRS, Visual Studio 2019, and TFS.

Certifications:

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and/or II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or other relevant certifications.
• HubSpot certifications such as HubSpot Inbound Certification, HubSpot Marketing Software Certification, or other relevant certifications.
