Description:

The shifts will be 12-hour shifts with 3 1/2-day work weeks and alternating weekends!

Description: In this role, you'll oversee the upkeep and repair of various building systems, ensuring they meet operational standards. Additionally, you'll supervise the maintenance team and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Report and address potential safety hazards daily
• Ensure team members are trained in lockout/tagout procedures
• Conduct daily safety meetings
• Maintain a spare parts inventory for equipment
• Evaluate completed preventive maintenance tasks
• Address unsafe work conditions promptly
• Document equipment downtime via the MVP system
• Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the facility
• Manage maintenance staff through delegation and policy enforcement
• Uphold plant safety policies and procedures
• Approve time-off requests and oversee attendance
• Manage departmental overtime effectively
• Assist with incident investigations and capital projects
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and safety guidelines
• Perform other assigned duties

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position provides leadership and guidance to maintenance technicians.

Requirements: Preferred Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, facility management, or related field
• 5+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment
• 3+ years' leadership experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of maintenance systems and preventive maintenance practices
• Basic fabrication skills
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends
