Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement chemical processes and equipment
• Conduct research and analysis to improve existing processes and develop new products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production and quality control
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during production
• Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and safety protocols
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in chemical engineering
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and environmental standards
• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in chemical manufacturing or process engineering
• Strong knowledge of chemical processes, equipment, and materials
• Proficient in process simulation and design software
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
